  • I think what the article is referring too (but not very well) is that if you agree to short sale with a bank you live in the home and not make payments while the home is "on the market." If the bank goes through with forclosure then they just simply change the locks and put you out in the streets.

  • TOKRAH. . .Thank you for having an objective and common sense look at an article of this sort. It is simple to jump on the bandwagon of "see there is no God" yet to me all of this proves that there is a Master Design to the Universe and not just a random pattern.

  • I consider myself a "center right" Republican and even I can see that it will take a mixture of spending cuts and raising taxes (in some form) to pull us out of the impending doom that awaits this country. The partisan bickering is out of control.
